School Summer Holidays – Safer Communities

During the school summer holidays, the NL63 beat team will be carrying out high-visibility patrols across parks, open spaces, shopping areas and identified anti-social behaviour hotspots. The team will engage with young people, provide reassurance to residents and work with partner agencies to prevent crime and disorder.

Key priorities include:

Residents are encouraged to report incidents via 101, online reporting, or 999 in an emergency. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers.

The Neighbourhood Team will continue to work closely with local authorities, schools, housing providers and youth services to ensure the summer holidays remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.
